About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled Care Quality Coordinator Lead to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet individual needs
- Leading and guiding a team of care staff to deliver person-centred care
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on resident progress
We offer a competitive salary of £13.12 per hour (£1 uplift on weekends) plus a range of benefits including:
- Enhanced pay for nights, weekends, and bank holidays
- Opportunity to gain NVQ and care qualifications
- Full-funded Blue Light Card providing discounts on everyday items
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £27,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
