Adult Care Services Leader

An exciting role exists for an accomplished Adult Care Services Leader to manage a team of professionals in Somerset, supporting adults with low-level Learning Disabilities. Based in Cheddar, this position requires exceptional leadership skills, staff management expertise, and the ability to drive performance.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multi-site Home/Locality services within the Health and Social Care sector. This includes budgeting, compliance with statutory regulations, and ensuring high-quality care standards are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Management Team across all aspects of day-to-day business operations;
- Monitoring performance against agreed targets for care standards and quality;
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and company policies;
- Managing relationships with stakeholders, staff teams, and service user families;
This position offers a competitive salary of approximately £48,000 - £58,000 per year, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional services to vulnerable adults.
