Job Title: Contracts Manager

Your new company is a leading contractor specializing in local authority projects, with a strong focus on partnership and quality delivery.

Job Summary:

  • Oversee 3-4 projects simultaneously, with a combined value of up to £10m.
  • Attend weekly site progress meetings, manage schedules and budgets, and meet with clients.
  • Prepare tenders and assist with bids, serving as the main point of contact for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the UK, with a background in building construction and project management.
  • Current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications are highly desirable.
