Mechanical Contracts Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Mechanical Project Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
  • Procure materials and manage the supply chain.
  • Conduct site visits to meet with sub-contractors and ensure that projects are being carried out in line with budgets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About the Company:

Our client is a well-established company specializing in Electrical and Mechanical installation services across various commercial sectors, including Education and Healthcare. They are seeking to add a Mechanical Contracts Manager to their team to help grow the Mechanical division.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical installation services and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
