Job Title: Mechanical Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, estimating, procuring materials, meeting with contractors, and ensuring projects are carried out in line with budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure delivery of projects.
  2. Conducting site visits to meet with sub-contractors.
  3. Ensuring projects are carried out in line with costs/budgets.
  4. Background in Mechanical Engineering.
  5. Commutable to Preston office and sites around the North West.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
