Mechanical Contracts Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our team in Preston. As a key member of our Mechanical division, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, estimating, procuring materials, meeting with contractors, and ensuring projects are carried out in line with budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the Mechanical Project Manager to ensure delivery of projects
  • Conducting site visits to meet with sub-contractors
  • Ensuring projects are carried out in line with costs/budgets
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering
  • Commutable to Preston office and sites around the North West

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Contracts Manager from a Mechanical background to join a well-established company where they will get to work on exciting projects across the North West.

About the Company:

Our client is a multi-million-pound company specializing in Electrical and Mechanical installation services across various commercial sectors, including Education and Healthcare.

Due to the continued growth of their Electrical division, they are seeking to add a Mechanical Contracts Manager to their team to help grow the Mechanical division.
