Job Description

This is a key continuous improvement position, focusing on delivering lean projects utilizing lean tools and coaching/mentoring skills across several sites in the North West of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embed a long-term culture of lean management into an organization in the medium term of their lean journey
  • Benefit from much support and training as well as Main Board sponsorship
Requirements:
  • Some (probably limited) experience in managing lean/continuous improvement (CI) projects within any manufacturing, engineering or construction environment
  • Candidates will be of graduate calibre and ideally possess Six Sigma Green Belt certification, although this is not essential and can be gained once started in the position
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & influencing skills and an engaging hands-on people style
  • Genuine passion for change and enrichment of the workplace using lean/continuous improvement (CI) techniques

The salary package includes a car allowance of £7,500 per annum, an annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits including an employer pension contribution of 7.5%.
