Dietitian Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Dietitian to join our team in a key role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in an expanding team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Dietitian in our team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop individualised care plans that address the nutritional needs of patients. Your skills and experience will play a critical role in helping us deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The salary for this position is estimated at £32,239 - £41,787 per annum, depending on experience. This role provides opportunities for professional growth and development within our organisation, as well as access to ongoing training and support to help you achieve your career goals.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised care plans that address the nutritional needs of patients. This will involve working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide expert nutrition advice and support to patients with complex care needs. Other key responsibilities include providing education and training to patients and their families, and contributing to the development of nutrition-related policies and procedures within our organisation.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a Post-graduate Diploma. Experience in managing patients with nutritional support requirements is also essential. A previous Band 5 experience, audit/data collection/service improvement projects experience and knowledge and experience in working with different cultures and religious beliefs are desirable but not necessary.
