Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Care Support Specialist to participate in individual support plans, maintain effective communication, support service users with meals, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events, maintain accurate notes and records, and work as part of a team to provide high quality care.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in health and social care
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Confidence to work alone or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
