Your New Role: Relief Development Manager
This position is responsible for ensuring the development facilities are maintained, serviced, and presented in a satisfactory manner. The role requires effective management of sub-contracted cleaning staff and third-party contractors to achieve this objective.
- Manage electronic data and update client files as required.
- Maintain regular communication with Leaseholders and residents through various channels.
- Ensure developments are well-maintained, serviced, and presentable at all times.
- Support the Senior Property Manager and Complaints Team in resolving formal complaints.
- Respond to Leaseholder enquiries accurately and promptly.
- Conduct new resident inductions, explaining development setup and services.
- Perform health and safety checks and routine testing, recording results on time.
- Maintain contractor compliance with Health & Safety, Parking, and site rules.
- Attend training events to enhance skills and knowledge.
&55,000 - &65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
