Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Porcelanosa SA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business strategies to increase sales and market share in the region.
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including kitchen fabricators and showrooms.
  3. Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions.
  6. Ensure effective inventory management and control to meet customer demands.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the retail kitchen industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of the retail kitchen industry and worktop fabricators.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Results-driven and committed to achieving sales targets.
