Key Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development for XTone in the region. This includes updating weekly reports on the situation of XTone in the region, monitoring and controlling marketing tools, and providing training to sales teams.

Key Skills and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the region.
  2. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure we remain competitive.

  1. Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the retail kitchen industry.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
