Capital Equipment Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in North / West London and Hertfordshire area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product promotions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the plant machinery sector.
  • Strong understanding of the UK market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license.

  • Basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE.
  • Uncapped commission (OTE £100k+).
