Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Proven sales experience in capital equipment sales, preferably in the plant machinery sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
- Basic salary of circa £40-45k DOE.
- Uncapped commission (OTE £100k+).
- Company car.
