Role Overview: Accounting Support Specialist

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is delighted to be working with a market-leading organisation as they seek to recruit an experienced Accounting Support Specialist to join their team. Within this role, you will report directly to the Accountant and play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the Accounts department.

The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Handling purchase invoices and ensuring accurate processing
- Managing payment runs and maintaining timely payments
- Conducting regular bank reconciliations to guarantee financial accuracy
- Processing sales invoices and managing customer payments
- Coordinating credit card statement reconciliations to prevent discrepancies
- Supporting with month-end tasks to meet deadlines

For this role, we are seeking an individual with prior experience working in a similar capacity, ideally with around 2 years of experience. AAT Level 3 qualifications or equivalent are also necessary. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities are vital. Proficiency in using Excel and accountancy systems is also required.
