Retail Customer Service Manager - Lead the Way in Exceptional Customer Experience
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team driving customer satisfaction and sales growth in the retail environment.
Responsibilities and Duties- Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers, showcasing our offerings and expertise.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, upholding our brand values.
- Maintain high shop standards, reflecting positively on our business and reputation.
- Cover opening and closing shifts as required, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity.
The estimated annual salary for this role is around £160,000, based on a 40-hour workweek and an hourly rate of £80.
