About the Role

The EFM Business Support Administrator will provide administrative support to the EFM team, assisting with tasks such as report creation, minute taking, and holiday cover. This role will also contribute to recruitment efforts and require access to various systems and processes. Additionally, the EFM Business Support Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the Trust Room Booking System (Matrix).

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement policies as directed by the trust/directorate, ensuring awareness throughout the department.
  • Provide an effective customer interface and seamless service.
  • Maintain a high level of competence in administrative tasks and communication with colleagues.
  • Attend team meetings face-to-face or virtually.
  • Book rooms/desks and maintain booking systems for teams.
  • Offer informal consultation on work objectives and change, and obtain feedback.
  • Assist staff with recruitment using the Trac system.
