Crisis Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Crisis Recovery Worker to join our team at Mental Health Matters. As a Crisis Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, recovery-focused support to individuals with mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide non-clinical, person-centered support and recovery interventions to individuals in crisis.
- Work alongside Peer Support Workers and Clinicians to achieve the best person-centered care for individuals.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and social inclusion.
- Collaborate with mental health primary and secondary care, emergency services, and partner agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements:
- Health and Social Care level 2 or level 3 qualification.
- Experience working with mental health and complex needs.
- Excellent motivational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a community-based setting and adapt to changing situations.
