About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Open Dialogue Practitioner to join our team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting and facilitating the Peer Supported Open Dialogue service, working closely with service users and their social networks to support them in crisis and recovery.
Main Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate training sessions for others to promote the Peer Supported Open Dialogue service
- Work alongside pod-trained staff and trainees to support service users and their social networks
- Integrate the Peer Supported Open Dialogue model throughout the Trust
- Participate in promoting the service and its benefits to stakeholders
