Job Summary:

  • Collate and analyze data for compliance reporting within the Software Compliance team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Software Asset Management team to efficiently deliver business objectives.
  • Develop and drive a SAM governance objective.
  • Support the compliance team with data analytics for compliance management.
  • Develop and maintain data tracking templates and automate processing where possible.
  • Create and maintain records of license entitlement.
  • Review licensing position with Business Group IM&T teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Software Compliance team to ensure accurate and timely compliance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Business Group IM&T teams to ensure effective licensing management.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Software Asset Management.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Software Asset Management principles and practices.
  • Experience with ITAM tooling, including Flexera and Service Now.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
