Job Summary:
- Collate and analyze data for compliance reporting within the Software Compliance team.
- Provide administrative support to the Software Asset Management team to efficiently deliver business objectives.
- Develop and drive a SAM governance objective.
- Support the compliance team with data analytics for compliance management.
- Develop and maintain data tracking templates and automate processing where possible.
- Create and maintain records of license entitlement.
- Review licensing position with Business Group IM&T teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Software Compliance team to ensure accurate and timely compliance reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Business Group IM&T teams to ensure effective licensing management.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Software Asset Management.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Software Asset Management principles and practices.
- Experience with ITAM tooling, including Flexera and Service Now.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
