International Sales Executive

Selica International Ltd is looking for an International Sales Executive to join our global BD team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
With a strong background in sales, particularly in the translation industry, you will be able to leverage your expertise to build relationships with new and existing clients, expanding our customer base.
This role requires a proactive approach, with a focus on developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that target key industries and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.
- Perform regular sales activities, including bound calls and email campaigns.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads.
- Onboard new clients and provide ongoing support.
- Attend client meetings and follow up on quotes and leads.
- Draw up quotations and assist with RFP/Tender/Proposal.
- Track and analyze sales performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in the translation industry in sales is essential.
- High level of IT literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Business insight and awareness.
- Fluent English to a native standard.
The estimated salary for this role is around £50,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing international business with ambitious plans for expansion.
