Building Materials Sales Leader

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our team in the New Build housing market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key clients.
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 + Bonus Car + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within regional and national house builders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the house building sector.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, internal sales, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the building materials or construction sector, with a particular emphasis on house builders.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven experience within the building materials sector.
