Join Our Team: At Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, we are passionate about delivering exceptional mental health services to our communities. As a Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this goal.

In this fixed-term 12 month role, you will work with young people and families, providing high-quality interventions and assessments under supervision. You will also be enrolled on a Postgraduate Diploma course, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver effective CBT interventions.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Psychology or other health-related undergraduate degree, or equivalent qualifications. A minimum of 2 years experience of working with children, young people and families is also essential. Desirable experience includes working within CAMHS and having knowledge of the BABCP code of standards and ethics.

The salary for this position is £32,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include excellent NHS Pension scheme, generous maternity, paternity, adoption leave, options for flexible working, up to 27 days annual leave, and extensive Health and Wellbeing support and resources.
