About the Role: We are looking for a skilled CBT Intervention Specialist to join our team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will provide high-quality interventions for children, young people and families using evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to assess and provide interventions, as well as coordinate and participate in progress reviews.

You will need a Psychology or other health-related undergraduate degree, or equivalent qualifications. A minimum of 2 years experience of working with children, young people and families is also required. Desirable experience includes working within CAMHS and having knowledge of the BABCP code of standards and ethics.

The salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a lease car option for those who complete over 500 business miles per annum, salary sacrifice car and bike schemes, free car parking at all trust sites, and more.
