High Pathogenicity Virus Investigator

The Pirbright Institute is seeking a High Pathogenicity Virus Investigator to join our team in Woking, UK. As an Influenza Virologist, you will investigate the mechanisms of high pathogenicity H5Nx avian influenza viruses and identify molecular markers that influence virus virulence and adaptation.
Key Responsibilities:
- To undertake experiments to achieve project objectives and milestones.
- To analyse and critically interpret data using appropriate methodologies.
- To prepare material for publication in academic journals and present at scientific conferences.
