Business Development Manager

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales success in a business development role
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a focus on building relationships and driving growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
