Job Summary: Bennett And Game Recruitment is seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our client's expanding team in the engineering and manufacturing industry of metering and gauging systems.

About the Role: As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing and repair of tanker discharge systems, control of Service Contracts vehicle stock and returns, and developing customer relationships to exploit business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the servicing and repair of tanker discharge systems.
  • Manage Service Contracts vehicle stock and returns.
  • Develop customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Ensure personal health and safety and manage time efficiently.
  • Perform other tasks as deemed necessary, such as production tasks, sales, and driver training.
  • Previous experience in mechanical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic service sectors is required.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic Microsoft knowledge is necessary.
  • Full UK driving license is required.
  • Salary: £32,000 to £38,000 dependent on skill, experience, and qualifications.
  • Full-time position with overtime opportunities.
  • Company vehicle with fuel provided, subject to personal tax.
  • Telephone, PDA, and laptop provided.
  • Standard tools to be provided by the applicant, specialist tools by the company.
  • Other company benefits and a company pension scheme.
