About the Role

Quest Search and Selection Ltd is partnering with a leading lifestyle fashion brand to find a highly skilled Director of Growth Marketing Strategist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data-driven marketing and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid social, paid search, affiliates, and influencers.
  • Review, analyze, and manage key financial metrics, such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and overall profitability.
  • Lead a high-performance team, including direct reports, and leverage AI and predictive modeling to forecast trends and customer behavior.
  • Collaborate closely with PR and brand teams to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organization, including buying, merchandising, customer service, and creative teams.
Requirements
  • At least 7+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a direct-to-consumer business or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong background in AI, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience with CRM and customer-focused strategy, including high-value customer journeying.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build high-performance teams.
