We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Commercial Legal team at Nuvola Resourcing Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our busy Legal department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Legal department with new and ongoing matters, ensuring timely and efficient management of the legal document lifecycle.
- Support the management of commercial and vendor contracts, including obtaining internal approvals and signatures, uploading, and activating contracts into the legal system.
- Respond to incoming queries, directing them to the relevant team members and identifying deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation execution and maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents in SharePoint.
- Prepare and disseminate legal documentation to internal key stakeholders in sales, finance, operations, and client support teams.
- Anticipate and proactively identify more effective and efficient ways to manage the legal documentation process.
- Proofread and format legal documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Legal and Paralegal, including document revision and diary management.
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Administrator, with legal administrative experience desirable.
- Detail-oriented, positive, efficient team player, with strong written and oral communication and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Office 365.
We offer a competitive salary between £23k to £25k, 25 days AL, company sick pay, access to a staff Employee Assistance Platform, and hybrid working.
