Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide emotional and practical support to young people in a residential setting
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, staff, and external professionals
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of individual care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
