Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

About the Role:
  • Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, staff, and external professionals.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of young people are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people with EBD and challenging behaviours.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
