Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in a residential setting.

About the Role:
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, helping them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being of the young people.
  • Support the young people in their daily lives, including helping with personal care, education, and leisure activities.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with the young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in working with young people.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people in a residential or care setting is desirable.
  • Must be a driver with a full driver's license and access to a car.
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with young people and their families.
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers.
