We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children\u2019s Residential Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Children\u2019s Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people aged 14-17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.

About the Role

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to young people, helping them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviorally.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for young people.
  • Support young people in their daily lives, including education, leisure activities, and personal care.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.

Requirements

  • Experience working with young people with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Valid driver\u2019s license and access to a car.
