Career Development Coordinator Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Career Development Coordinator to join our team at Shaw Trust. As a key member of our Supported Internships team, you will be responsible for developing individualised support plans for interns, providing job coaching, identifying job placements, and assistive technology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in careers education and guidance, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving outcomes for young people. A salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum is dependent on experience for this role.

You will work closely with local authorities, businesses, and other stakeholders to support the progression of interns and achieve successful transitions into paid work.
