Career Legal is a top city law firm seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Head of International Board and central management team. This pivotal role coordinates international strategies, board activities, and business development initiatives.">

The successful candidate will be highly organised with experience in international travel management and organisation of complex itineraries.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Organisation and management of board meetings including minute taking and action point follow-up.
  • Diary management and coordination of international events and board functions.
  • Act as gatekeeper for all matters regarding the International Board maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Support the Head of International with project management, timeline, resource and communication management.
  • Other administrative tasks such as PowerPoint presentation preparation, time recording, billing and credit control.

This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and work calmly under pressure.

We offer a competitive salary: $85,000 per annum, excellent benefits and hybrid working arrangement.

Key requirements:

  • Prior experience in a law firm supporting at Partner level.
  • Experience in coordinating international business trips and conferences.
