Job Title

A highly sought-after position at Career Legal in the city, offering a competitive salary and hybrid working arrangement. We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Head of the International Board and the wider central management team.

This role plays a pivotal part in the coordination of our firm's international strategies, supporting board activities and business development initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organised, with experience in managing international travel and complex itineraries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and manage board meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up on action points.
  • Manage diaries and coordinate appointments.
  • Arrange international travel, including detailed itineraries, visas, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
  • Coordinate international events and board functions.
  • Collaborate with the business development team on international initiatives and event planning.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the International Board, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
  • Support the Head of International with projects by managing timelines, resources, and communications.
  • Provide additional administrative support, including preparing PowerPoint presentations, assisting with time recording, billing, and credit control, conflict checks, and file opening.
Requirements
  • Prior experience working in a law firm supporting Partner-level executives.
  • Experience in coordinating international business trips and conferences.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 based on industry standards and location.
