**Job Title:** Education Career Development Professional

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Richmond

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Education Career Development Professional to join our team in Richmond. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with additional needs and providing them with the best possible education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in the classroom, providing individualized attention to students
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
  • Maintain a safe and organized learning environment
  • Cover supervisor experience
  • Follow instructions and work set by the Head of Department or class teachers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Maths, Science, Art, History, or related subject
  • Experience as a TA/LSA based in a UK Secondary school
  • Volunteering experience
  • Sports coach/PE Coach experience
