We invite applications from ambitious and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Tutor Fellow. This exciting opportunity offers a comprehensive one-year programme designed to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the teaching profession.

The Tutor Fellow role serves as a springboard for graduates seeking to develop their teaching abilities and build meaningful relationships with students. We provide a clear pathway for career progression into the teaching profession through our School Direct Teach Training programme.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with young people or adults in a paid or voluntary capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, including the ability to undertake graduate-level study associated with teacher training.
  • Exceptional academic achievement.
