About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key leader in our prestigious brand, you will be responsible for guiding a dynamic team in delivering unparalleled service to our discerning clients, specializing in upmarket properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the Estate Agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance.
  • Coach the team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monitor individual team member performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers, negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency at a Senior Negotiator position, a Property Valuer position, or higher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and action business plans relevant to your branch and monitor local competitors.
  • Strong understanding of current legislation related to Estate Agency.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads.
