About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Branch Manager to lead our high-performing team in the estate agency sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional customer service, and mentoring your team members to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily team meetings to track performance and set goals
  • Coach and mentor the team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Negotiate offers and manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and standards
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business opportunities
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license (manual vehicle)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior Negotiator or Property Valuer
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to create and implement business plans
  • Deep knowledge of estate agency regulations and best practices
  • Proven ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and high-volume workloads
  • Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am - 5:00pm (alternate weekends with a day off in lieu)
