We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Branch Manager to lead our prestigious estate agency team in Bury St Edmunds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team to discuss sales strategies and performance
- Coach and develop team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings
- Encourage team development and progression, identifying opportunities for growth and training
- Focus on generating new and repeat business, developing strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Liaise with prospective buyers and arrange property viewings to meet their needs
- Negotiate offers and agree sales, ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies
- Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency at a senior negotiator position, property valuer position, or higher
- Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Strong understanding of current legislation related to estate agency
- Ability to manage time-sensitive and high-volume workloads
- Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft packages)
- Attention to detail
