About the Role
Sytner Select Wakefield is seeking a Business Manager to join their team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the Finance & Insurance department. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all customers have a clear understanding of their obligations, treating them fairly and with integrity.
About You
We are looking for a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with a strong financial and commercial understanding. You will have an outstanding work ethic and be able to lead from the front, inspiring your colleagues to excel and drive the finance and add-on performance forward. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
