What We Do

We provide support and information to people affected by crime and campaigns for victim and witness rights. Our services are free, confidential, and tailored to individuals' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of our local service development and delivery plan within your geographical area(s).
  • Plan the deployment of skilled and knowledgeable volunteers to ensure that the service delivered meets the desired outcomes of victims and witnesses of crime.
  • Recruit, induct, learn and develop, and support volunteers in their roles.
  • Contribute to business planning and coordination to ensure continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role with evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Effective leadership style with the ability to build confidence, motivate and improve performance.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to understand, collect, analyse, report and present data.
  • The ability to challenge stereotyping, prejudice, discrimination and bias.
  • Good working knowledge of the voluntary/charity sector.
