**Role Overview**:
The Care & Office Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, coordinating care services, and overseeing care delivery to our clients. This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly transition between administrative tasks, care coordination, and direct care delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Care Coordination & Delivery**:

- Schedule and coordinate care services for clients, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Oversee and sometimes directly deliver care to clients, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.
- Liaise with carers to ensure they are informed of their schedules, client requirements, and care delivery protocols.
- Handle client enquiries, feedback, and any concerns, ensuring they receive timely and compassionate responses.
- Maintain up-to-date client records, including care plans, schedules, and any other relevant documentation.
- Support in Familiarisation visits.
- Client Reviews.
- Quality Spot checks of staff

**Office Administration**:

- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organised.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and setting up conference calls or video conferences.

**Team Support**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new carers, including scheduling training sessions.
- Organise team events, training sessions, and staff meetings.
- Provide general support to the office team, assisting with various tasks as needed.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a care coordination, office administration, or direct care delivery role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- A compassionate and understanding nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
