**Health and Wellbeing Coordinator**

An exciting opportunity has become available to work with our Activity Team within Harbour Care, a cutting edge care facility, as a Health and Wellbeing Coordinator.

The role will be challenging, rewarding, and no two days will be the same.

You will be providing care and delivering personalised holistic activities to our diverse clientele residents, within Harbour Care. This will involve embracing technology, maintaining the residents' skills, and helping them develop new skills.

You will need to be creative, inspiring with a great sense of humour, and empathetic. This will enable you to create a fantastic relationship with our residents and their families, and to build relationships within the local community.

Ideally, you will have experience in working in a are environment, and a SVQ Level 2 or equivalent. You must be able to work as part of a team and autonomously.

The ability to drive a minibus would be advantageous.
