Staff Wellbeing Coordinator

**Purpose of the Role**:
The Staff Wellbeing Coordinator is essential in promoting staff welfare by facilitating reflective conversations, organizing support during team meetings, and leading Active Restorative Check-ins (ARCs). This role will address the staff's needs for support, as identified in recent feedback, enhancing overall workplace wellbeing.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Support Staff Wellbeing:
- Hold regular one-on-one and group reflective sessions to discuss workplace challenges and personal well-being, offering a confidential and empathetic space for staff.
- Provide proactive support and resources to staff, focusing on mental health and emotional resilience.
**Meeting Coordination**:
- Organize and support regular team meetings and ARC sessions as directed by the management, ensuring that these forums address staff needs and concerns effectively.
- Manage all logístical aspects of these meetings, from scheduling to documenting outcomes.
**ARC Facilitator**:
- Facilitate ARCs to provide regular opportunities for staff to engage in restorative practices that counteract work-related stress.
- Customize the ARC framework based on ongoing staff feedback to best meet their needs.
**Reporting and Feedback**:
- Regularly update management on the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives and staff morale.
- Collect and analyze staff feedback to continuously refine and improve support strategies.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Experience in a supportive, coaching or counseling role, ideally within healthcare or caregiving environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities.
- Background in mental health support or related fields is preferred.
