Sales and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Operations Administrator to join our team at Search. As a key member of our small team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales and operations functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales orders from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide quotations and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Liaise with our warehouse and logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records of payments and credit control.
- Update our CRM database to reflect sales activity and customer interactions.
- Implement new processes and procedures as the business grows and evolves.
- Proven experience in sales administration or order management.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and confident individual with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
