Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Management: From inception to completion, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Quotations and Negotiations: Providing quotations and negotiating with existing suppliers, sourcing new ones as required.
  • Warehouse and Logistics Liaison: Working closely with our warehouse and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Invoicing and Credit Control: Ensuring accurate invoicing and managing credit control processes.
  • CRM Database Management: Updating our CRM database to reflect customer interactions and order progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales administration or order management.
  • Multi-tasking: Ability to multitask and handle a varied workload.
  • Proactivity: Confident and proactive nature, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, with excellent communication skills.
  • Team Player: Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
