About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and compliance with GPhC operating standards.
- Collaborate with regional and home office teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Manage and develop direct reports and locums to maintain high standards of professional customer service.
Requirements
- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
