Care Home Deputy Manager Position

A highly reputable care provider is seeking an exceptional Deputy Care Home Manager to support the Home Manager at their highly rated Care home in the Fife area. The home is a small Nursing home catering for the elderly and those living with dementia.
The home has an experienced manager with an open door leadership style, requiring a Deputy Care Home Manager to assist with staffing/rotas, supervisions, auditing, and care planning while providing hands-on care to residents who benefit from various activities, catering options, and a dedicated care team.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week on a rota basis including on-call and supernumerary shifts per week.
About You:
- NMC registered with active PIN
- Experience within a care home setting at a senior level
- Excellent care planning & CI/SSSC knowledge
- A passion for person-centred care
