Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans
Motivate and coordinate the caregiving team to ensure excellence in care delivery
Participate in the orientation and training of new staff members as required
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
Requirements:
Registered Nurse Adult RGN or Mental Health RMN
Valid nursing qualification - RGN or RMN - with an active NMC PIN
Passionate about delivering top-notch elderly care
Committed to maintaining the highest standards of care
Prior experience in a similar healthcare environment is essential
Minimum of 6 months' nursing experience
